Are the products you sell authentic?
Yes. DNY Commerce, LLC is a Florida-registered reseller. We only carry brands we are approved to sell, sourced directly from the brand or its designated distributor — never gray-market or parallel imports.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping is FREE on orders over $45. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are not yet supported.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplements and personal care products can't be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Keep the packaging and email info@dnycommerce.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund with the carrier.
Do you work with brands or offer wholesale?

From first call to first PO — four steps, no surprises

1Introductory Call

A focused conversation about your catalog, current US presence, pricing structure, and existing seller landscape. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you — before anyone signs anything.

2Authorization & Agreement

You issue a Letter of Authorization; we countersign a reseller agreement that locks in your MAP policy and authorized channels. Not a single unit is listed before the paperwork is done.

3First PO — Paid in Full

We place a wholesale purchase order and pay 100% upfront. You ship directly to Amazon FBA or to our US receiving partner — details are provided with your first PO.

4Launch, Report, Reorder

We build or upgrade your listings, fund the advertising, and manage FBA inventory. You receive recurring sales, inventory, and pricing-compliance reports; reorders continue on the same upfront terms.

Straight answers to the things you should be checking before you authorize any reseller.

What are your payment terms?
Simple: 100% of every purchase order, paid at order time. We never ask for consignment, commission arrangements, or net-30/60/90 terms. You issue a wholesale invoice; we pay it in full; goods ship. Reorders work exactly the same way.
How do you handle MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)?
Your MAP policy is written into our reseller agreement before we list a single unit. We sell at or above MAP on every channel, every day — no coupons, deals, or promotions that break your pricing without your written approval. When you update your MAP schedule, our listings follow it.
What reporting will we receive?
A recurring sales and inventory report covering units sold, stock on hand and weeks of cover, pricing compliance, and upcoming reorder plans — plus answers to ad-hoc questions whenever you ask. You'll never have to wonder what's happening with your product in our channel.
Do you require minimums or ask us to fund anything?
No. We don't ask brands for minimum commitments, marketing contributions, chargebacks, or fees of any kind. We size the initial purchase order conservatively from real demand data, prove sell-through, and scale on reorders — at our risk, not yours.
Do you ask for exclusivity?
Not as a condition. Authorization can be non-exclusive from day one. If, after we've demonstrated performance, an exclusive arrangement for a marketplace or product line makes sense for you, we're glad to discuss it — but that's your call, never a requirement.
Which channels do you sell on?
Amazon US (via FBA) and this store, dnycommerce.com. We only list your products on channels named in our agreement — nothing gets expanded to other marketplaces or countries without your written approval.
What happens if the partnership ends?
We sell through or return remaining inventory per our agreement and withdraw our offers within an agreed wind-down period. We don't linger on listings we're no longer authorized to sell.
