Brand partners ship inventory either to our US operations or directly to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers. From there, all receiving, prep, marketplace logistics, and inventory tracking are handled within our operations — including the compliance work specific to regulated product categories.
Our primary channel is the US Amazon marketplace, where the majority of brand partner volume is generated today. Our infrastructure and operating model extend naturally to other US ecommerce marketplaces, and we evaluate additional channels in coordination with each brand partner's strategy.
Brand partners are paid in full at the time the order is placed. This is a deliberate operating discipline: it places inventory risk with us, where it belongs, and gives our brand partners reliable, predictable cash flow.
